**Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (fragrance and incense items), we currently do not offer returns or refunds once the product is delivered. However, we are happy to help in the following cases:

• Damaged products on arrival (must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery)

• Wrong product received

• Package lost in transit

**Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and dispatched thereafter.

Delivery Timeline:
